Wow! Excellent staff, from the front desk ladies who are just beautiful inside and out aswell as supportive throughout the boarding process ( verifying insurances ) and preparing my expectations for the visit @Tina & Rosie To the dental assistant, and Dr.Arcano who is very knowledgeable and informative about the treatment. I came is as a first time patient and was presented with a treatment plan after seeing the Dr, by Esther and Maylene, who broke down what the insurance did and did not cover. They gave me a clear breakdown. I decided to start with my deep cleaning, 🧼 And now it’s safe to say, they won me over. I don’t mind the wait, quality over quantity 💪✨

Dr Balda and her team are great! I am a fairly new patient to her practice, however when I contacted them late in the afternoon regarding acute tooth pain they saw me early the next morning. Quickly diagnosed a cracked tooth and guided me through the treatment process. The key aspects were Dr Balda’s skill, her continued updates on what was being done, and how well her office/clinic staff worked together for safe, efficient, and painless care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maria Balda for over 20 years, and her exceptional skill, honesty, and integrity are the reasons I continue to place my trust in her care. I can’t say enough great things about the Sage Dental office in The Loop on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee! I normally go to the St. Cloud location, but they got me in here because I needed an emergency root canal, and I’m so grateful they did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Rosie was the first person I met, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. The dentist who performed my root canal was absolutely amazing—I honestly have to say she has hands of an angel. The procedure was so much better than I expected, and now that the anesthesia has worn off, I’m even more impressed with how well everything went. Her assistant was wonderful too, and every single person I interacted with smiled, greeted me, and treated me with genuine kindness. A special thank you to Maylene, the office manager, who handled my checkout. She was so friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff Yvette , Esther and all front desk was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The hygienist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment.
